Gas Leaking Thru 3-1/8 Valve on well head rig up and test my 3-1/8 Valve (Test Positive ) with Bop's before placing over this leaking valve finish rigging unit up (maybe one day will pass with my valve on top) Test 1's then 2' (good) Test safety small leak. Change out safety ram packing, Same leak, rig down, retest valve (Good) try again same out come.

Not really sure that I follow this?

Does the valve leak gas, but you got a BOP test against it?
After rigging in BOP's you have a leak, but when you strip off, and test valve it holds. Rig up BOP's and you have a leak again?

Depending on pressures, sometimes a valve will leak a small amount of gas, but will seal when fluid is used to test it.

Valva @ the bottom of bop 4"1/16 10,000-M By 4"5,000-M cross-over then the 4"valve
Now we rig up on a 3"1/8 5,000-m valve that has been on the well head for 2-yr with tubing hanging from it with hanger flange this valve leak. The 4"V is the one on the bottm of my bop will not leak unitl it set on top of the leaking 3"v??????

Are these wedge gate or slab gate valves?
