Fundamentals of Upstream Petroleum Agreements

This 2-day course will focus on the most common and important agreements used in the international upstream petroleum industry. It covers agreements with resource holders, agreements between co-venturers, agreements with suppliers, and agreements for the transportation and sale of production. This five-day course is designed for petroleum geologists wishing to gain seismic data interpretation skills for both structural and stratigraphic objectives. The session provides a detailed review and discussion of contemporary seismic methods, and includes a workstation demonstration to assist participants to appreciate the important uses of this modern technology.
