Included are discussions of process modeling, LP techniques and applications, refinery margins and crack spreads, financial terms and supply chain management. While the course is basic in nature, it is suggested that attendees unfamiliar with refinery processing and its vocabulary would benefit from attending the 2-day course “Introduction to Petroleum Refinery Processing” that immediately precedes this course.
