Step 2: The most common problem when users are unable to log in to Canadian Wellsite is the Internet Explorer Security settings. Firewalls can also contribute to this issue. If you believe this is a Firewall issue please contact your System Administrator. |
Modifying your Security Settings:
In
your browser select the Tools Menu Bar and select Internet Options.
Click the Security Tab.
Make
sure their browser security is set at medium. Click Apply.
Now
Click the Privacy Tab.
Click
the Advanced button.
Make
sure that the First & Third- Party Cookies are accepted.
The
final step is to add Canadian Wellsite as a Trusted site. s
Click
the Edit button in the privacy section.
Enter
www.canadianwellsite.com into the text box and click Allow.
Click
Ok
